Day 31 -Oily Balls

Traditionally baked and eaten towards and on New Years Eve but also sold on funfairs in stall called the "Oud Hollandse Gebakkraam".
My hubby made these, a tradition he started years ago and so his dad still does. My dad however preferred to buy our balls at the special stall
In many families that bake their own balls, the husband likes to do this job, somewhat like men prefer to be the BBQ chef I guess.
